New ADA Regulations

EEOC has published new, final regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act. The definition of what is a disability is broadened greatly and require an employer to puts its emphasis on reasonable accommodation rather than arguing what is or is not a disability.

NLRB Proposed Required Posting of Employee Rights

In December 2010, the National Labor Relations Board proposed a new rule that would require most private employers to post a notice telling employees of their rights under the national labor law.
